Welcome to The Royal Trends! We appreciate your interest in our brand and are committed to providing you with a seamless shopping experience. Before making a purchase, please review our Payment Policy.

There are no hidden charges. You pay only the amount that you see in your order summary at the time of check out. If you see any charges on your credit/debit card for purchases made but you have never created an account or signed up, please check with your family members or business colleagues authorized to make purchases on your behalf.

If you’re still unable to recognize the charge, please report the unauthorized purchase within 30 days of the transaction so that we can assist you further. Please email us at contact@theroyaltrends.in with your concern.

Accepted Payment Methods:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
  • Payment Partner Platforms: You can securely pay for your order using our secured payment partner platforms, such as Razorpay (Transaction Fee may apply).
  • UPI: Pay with ease using Google Pay, Phonepe, etc.

Payment Process:

  • Authorization: When you place an order, the payment method you provided will be authorized for the total order amount.
  • Charges: Your payment method will be charged once your order is confirmed and ready for shipment.
  • Currency: All prices listed on our website are in INR (Indian Rupee). If you're shopping from a different country, when this service is available, then your bank may apply conversion fees.

Security:

  • Secure Transactions: We prioritize the security of your payment information. Our website uses SSL encryption to protect your data during transmission.
  • Payment Information Storage: We do not store your credit/debit card details on our servers after the transaction is complete. Your payment information is securely handled by our payment processors.

Billing and Invoicing:

  • Order Confirmation: After order has been reconfirmed and processed for shipping, you will receive an order confirmation invoice via email/SMS/WhatsApp with details of your purchase and payment.
  • Invoices: For your records, an invoice will be included in your shipment package. If you require an additional copy, please contact our customer support team via email or WhatsApp for more info.

Payment Issues:

  • Declined Payments: If your payment is declined, please ensure that your payment details are entered correctly or contact your bank for further assistance.
  • Failed Transactions: In case of a payment failure, please retry ensuring: Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate i.e. account details, billing address, password, etc. Kindly also check if your Internet connection has been disrupted in the process.

If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your account within 7 business days. Kindly contact your bank for further assistance.
